      Pros

      I love the company, the CEO truly cares about and every single one of us, every day I'm paid to be surrounded by what I love, I work with and mingle with other book nerds alike, it doesn't even feel like work most of the time because I genuinely love it here. I could go on forever. I wanted to work here since I was ten and it's still a dream come true for me even if it's been two and a half years of working there. The magic doesn't go away.

      Cons

      Sometimes the customers will be rude, but that happens wherever you go so really, there aren't any cons to working there.

      Pros

      I had amazing co-workers. PTO was amazing. They frequently provided snacks. Your birthday was a paid holiday. The best insurance I have received from any company. No drug test. AMAZING DISCOUNT.

      Cons

      Only allowed to work 35 hours per week. The longer I worked there the less freedom or priveleges you get. (ie - taking away buying from booksellers, no more record fridays, no more 10cent casettes and VHS's). LOW PAY
