      Pros

      Benefits for Full-Time Employees. Quarterly Profit Sharing Program. Team has a great attitude. Amazing co-workers to come to work with everyday, people with sour attitudes really didn't last very long.

      Cons

      There is not enough money to work there and there is a political game to play once you start looking towards promotions. Also, a lot of profits from the program was spent on store renovations, quarterly checks varied a lot because of things like this.

      Pros

      Great benefits, 401k, profit based bonuses, and employee discount.

      Cons

      Hostile work atmosphere, the managers show favoritism, sexual harassment is not taken seriously, no control over schedule, rude/needy customers, dirty/gross atmosphere.

      Pros

      The only good thing there is the benefits and discounts. Some of the people are great also. I can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      You love the job at first, but then quickly start to dislike it. The pay will always be crappy. Don't work here.
