Business Outlook
Pros
Short and sweet: the discount, and the coworkers (a majority of the time). Easy to do if you don't care, but don't get too invested; it'll drive you crazy.
Cons
Benefits are going downhill as they are beginning to focus more on expanding and less on treating their current employees well. Long-time employees, from all levels, are leaving the company. Bonuses are being cut, hours are being cut but pay is increased to make it "look" better. No more paid lunches. They have people in as SMs who couldn't care less about store performance. Certain districts are very political and biased.
