Pros
Great benefits, no day is the same so you are always learning something new, and the company in general looks out for its employees and uses feedback from employees to try new ideas.
Cons
As with retail, the hours can be a little challenging. The work and nature of work is in constant changing mode, so staff needs a lot of flexibility. Last, the company is losing the mom and pop feeling, becoming more "corporate".
