      Pros: Fairly competitive pay for retail employees. Starting at $10.00 Decent benefits, 401 k 5% matching, sick leave, vacation, and holiday time off. Good discount on merchandise.

      Raises capped at a low % yearly.

      Pros

      Benefits for Full-Time Employees. Quarterly Profit Sharing Program. Team has a great attitude. Amazing co-workers to come to work with everyday, people with sour attitudes really didn't last very long.

      Cons

      There is not enough money to work there and there is a political game to play once you start looking towards promotions. Also, a lot of profits from the program was spent on store renovations, quarterly checks varied a lot because of things like this.
