      Benefits Coworkers are awesome Customers are pleasant You spend all day talking books and movies Awesome discount

      Cons

      It can be difficult to get hired. They get so many people applying, it's well accepted that you usually have to apply several times just to get hired, and then rehired to be kept on permanently.

      Company has pretty good values and tries to do right by the environment. In general, daily processes manageable and the job van be fun.

      Cons

      Happen to work for a particular manager that is difficult to respect and who changes processes much too often. Confuses staff and wonders why people are unhappy.
