You get worked to the bone and little to no recognition for your efforts. Incoming amount of merchandise amount is outrageous and no one at the upper level will consider solutions. The company is more and more corporate all the time, and refuses to admit it to itself. It still thinks it is a liberal employee friendly company but its actions show it cares only about the bottom line.

- Pay is very low. Good luck if you are a recent grad and have student loans. - Allergies/asthma/migraine problems are aggravated easily by dust/mold. (Severe headaches are a common occurrence at my store). - Scheduling. You honestly won't have much of a social life if you work here. - Standing for seven hours will take its toll on your feet/back. - Customers can be very impatient. - Too much is expected for the small amount given. (You will work like a dog, but will have very little to show for it).
