Pros
It is easy and straightforward work. They have quarterly bonuses for all employees who have been there past a certain number of days.
Cons
Management does not trust booksellers. Communication is poor. The company acts like they are a local business but the lack of sick and vacation time you acquire, as well as the lack of interest in harassment complaints, makes it obvious the company cares very little about employees. They also no longer pay when you get covid and run out of sick time.
