Pros
Strong team. Fun people to work with. Solid managers to work under. Fast pace, never the same thing happen every day. Manager support was always great.
Cons
Vacations are first come first serve, which means the workers that have been there the longest have already chosen the prime holidays off. Company policy means you will NEVER get over 35 hours unless you are a manager. Work life balance is not great, you might be scheduled for a closing shift, meaning you will be done working at 10:30 pm and then be scheduled for an opening shift that starts at 8:00 am the next day. You COULD switch shifts, but unless a coworker is willing to switch with you, you have to work this schedule.
