Halff offers a young environment for new grads.

Cons

Halff promotes people with no real reason or position available. Therefore gaining rank is nearly impossible. If you are not apart of this new position, you WILL be let go. This company boasts about investing in its engineers, yet many engineers complain about not receiving the resources they need and the rest get laid off.

Great people to work with. Eventually moved out of this field and everyone was supportive and cheered me on. I still keep in touch with many of them. They pushed me to do very thorough work for many public municipalities that had low budgets. I was challenged and encouraged to grow.

Cons

Always depends on your immediate manager. However, overall company mindset and current CEO truly care about people.
