Pros

Great management with decades of experience. Employees matter and are always catered to. Halff assures you are rewarded fairly. They are constantly trying to improve and they have a great system.

Cons

Every office differs, some offices are newer and less experienced. However, for the most part the leadership creates the right environment to allow everyone to succeed.

Very, very cliquish. Only option for upward mobility is if you started working there straight out of college in Richardson and chosen as one of the favorites.
