      Welcome Halff Family! Rivals the largest cults on Earth. So desperate to hang onto whatever "culture" they ever had by enforcing all employees to attend Halff Culture Camp. Not kidding! Get your kool-aid here kids! They love to dump on other A/E firms. Actual quote from senior leadership..."If you're here for money, this may be the wrong place for you." Newsflash...that's exactly why people work!!! Good news is if you're a brown noser, you'll move up the foodchain quickly. No need to actually do anything, just talk like you do.       detail orientated, highly skilled, remote work options / flexibility, great resources and connections, they care about their employees, culture is unmatched

      Cons

      bit understaffed and was hard when deadlines would occasionally stack up, technologically was a bit behind their competitors in what programs were used, poor Instagram presence for landscape architecture
