      Pros

      Work/Life balance is a part of Halff's culture. They truly care about your family time and you aren't pressured to get a project out the door when life comes up.

      Cons

      Although the pay is competitive, I would say it's on the lower end of competitive. I do believe there is more compensation in the obtaining of new hires, rather than the loyal workers who stay for years.
