My time with Halff was great. They had good benefits such health insurance, paid holidays, bonuses, software discounts, education reimbursement, and employee parties/ events. If you have questions all resources are available via email or phone call.

There are substantial opportunites for women and minorities, in what is typically a white-male dominated industry. This firm compensates employees for good performance with competitive salaries and generous bonuses. Work hours are typically very reasonable, and time-off packages are generous. Employees are encouraged to continue their education and to be involved in trade related organizations. Also, the company is a civic-minded firm and donates generously to charities - both money and employee time.
