      I look forward to going to work everyday. I love my coworkers and it's rewarding to get to work on such impactful projects.

      No job is perfect, but I count myself very lucky to work here.

      Pros

      Halff management has been highly available to us and has offered guidance without overbearance during our transition. I feel valued and respected. I’m learning about leadership and look forward to my continuing experience with service to this company.

      Cons

      Health insurance not as universally accepted as prior plan. Some effort involved on the part of the employee to navigate this.
