Toxic management, profit driven, no loyalty to long term employees, promises of advancement to your face with no intentions of ever following through.

Work from home anytime I chose. Able to take off and use PTO whenever needed Decent Insurance and HSA

Cons

Leadership focuses on acquisitions and shutting out the competition instead of growing current employees. Team leaders are profit hungry and hold positions behind a laundry list of checklists. Pay raises are almost non existent, this year there was a 75 cent raise and I was told to be grateful I got a raise. Got told that I could not advance in my position because I lacked technical ability but they wanted me to train the incoming employees
