      Pros

      Halff has a great work environment, everyone in the office is very open to teaching you what you need help with. The work is not overly demanding, on rare occasions is it necessary to work past 40 hour weeks.

      Cons

      The work is very individual, you wont have much interaction with others in the office unless your working together with the PE on a project or completing red lines.

      This is a great company to work for. No matter what level your at or your experience they train you in all aspects of the job so when they need to promote someone from within they can.
