None. Even the benefits were bad

Cons

No training, mandatory, off the clock meetings if they buy cheep pizza, bad benefits that won't cover normally blood work, belittled and degraded by co-workers daily but was never shown or taught how to do things how they wanted. And when it was all done, they won't fire you, they just quite giving you work and send you home without pay.

Halff offers a young environment for new grads.

Cons

Halff promotes people with no real reason or position available. Therefore gaining rank is nearly impossible. If you are not apart of this new position, you WILL be let go. This company boasts about investing in its engineers, yet many engineers complain about not receiving the resources they need and the rest get laid off.

Very, very cliquish. Only option for upward mobility is if you started working there straight out of college in Richardson and chosen as one of the favorites.
