Strong quality and safety principles. Think big, act big and take big steps. World wide presence. Diversify staff, and respectful to differences. Strong COBC (complience).

Cons

Does not have a tech developer personality, like to buy. Salaries are not the best in market. Week tools for carrier, the mettro was former too early. Over valuate the Workaholics behavior.

Big global footprint. Relatively good pay. Some good resources that can be employed for the good of the company, only if the senior management want it to.

Cons

Hard to survive without a sponsor. No streamlined process for growing the existing team. Your future with the company pretty much lies in the hands of your manager. Some big shots full of themselves.
