Business Outlook
Pros
Halliburton is a giant company and an oil field services leader, it's a great place to work in, in HDBS we are like one family working toward exceeding our customer expectation and more importantly , safety.
Cons
Since it's a big company, there is less flexibility, too much procedures to follow, we currently as field engineers in coring & drill bits work on call out , which affected our work-life balance.
