Pros

Overseas training opportunities Career growth (even very slow at times) Some opportunities to work overseas

Cons

Management is very cautious about increasing salaries. You have to have some unbelievable performance in order to get some more money. Even if you show very good job performance they do not rush to boost your wages. They try to find some excuses in order to delay your salary increase. Managers get annual cash bonuses if they save more money and the best way to save the money is to cut it from employees' salaries...very efficient way indeed :)

Pros

Good work with decent pay, good logisitics pipeline to support repair techs

Cons

Business being run by accountants, lawyers, and HR. going to lose the engineering edge if this keeps up as they slowly strangle the field workers with red tape and beuracracy.
