Global scope & scale that strives to make a positive impact to their client's goals for improving production & reserves. An incredible company, with excellent people and a reputation second to none; true growth potential is greater than that being realized presently

Cons

Too focused on MBA graduates & training all deemed potential leaders through TAMU Business School. Approach does not appear inclusive towards the diverse peoples & cultures represented within such a global company. Too conservative in risk capital exposure, due to an excessive Accounting focus towards quarterly results

great benefits great pay smart people to work with constantly expanding constant praise

Cons

long work hours sometimes always on call when times are slow in the energy industry they have to cut jobs (just a fact, not really a con of Halliburton but just the industry in general) hard to get in if you don't know someone
