good benefits work not that hard climate control environment in mgf

Cons

they dont promote within company and they rarley listen to employees comments about improving things pgls have their little buddies that can get away with anything from picking what shift they work to where they work in department. they over hire when it gets a little busy and you never know when you will be laid off
