Pros

Comparing with local companies the payment is good also good experience in the oil field.

Cons

Promotion an increasing salary always late and the excuse that the economic crisis but we all see that the company is doing well. In the beginning there is a lot new things you’re going to learn and after awhile every thing stop and there is no more unless you are in the design or management team.
