Pros

I've never been allowed to be myself more than here. My cubicle is a children's dream tent. My Thai massages are paid for by the company fitness reimbursement plan. But I still use the office massage chairs to chill out in. The company sponsors our Dungeons and Dragons group, so my homebrew antipaladin can socialize over pizza after work. I can go on and on, but I love this place. Join me.

Cons

We're not a true start-up, so if you're expecting that sort of wild west atmosphere -- keep searching. The flip side of that is that we have money and support directly from Hallmark. So enjoy those corporate benefits.

Pros

Nice office, opportunity to shine. Friendly people and wonderful environment. Great for Creatives looking for a start plus all the fizzy water and fro yo you can handle. HR is amazing! Executives are accessible and great at helping individuals grow.

Cons

Tech issues, restrictions on subsidiary from Hallmark Corporate make things as basic as internet connectivity and server access as difficult as hacking into the pentagon. There are a few difficult personalities and Sr. Positions that seem to get away with treating coworkers like crap despite their own personal inexperience.
