Extremely low pay barely get hours not worth the driving to stores. Barely make $50 week. Holidays conversions per store only time you make a little money. Hallmark constantly sends large shipments of cards weekly expecting you to put out product between an hour to hour and half. Bigger store gets 2 hrs. They only give you 3 or 4 stores some are weekly, bi weekly or monthly

Too much travel, low pay, no support from management, cutting hours, cutting services, they should just go out of business with their current business plan.
