Takes a while to move up the ladder. Overtime is almost a must most of the year.

Worst experience at a job I’ve ever had. Got hired and was told I’d be scheduled at least 20 hours a week and needed an open schedule. Then right after my first week corporate cut our stores hours in half so I got 10 hours the next schedule and 0 hours the week after that. So I asked if I could block off one single day a week to serve and make money. I was fired. It was obvious they didn’t have hours for me and just needed an excuse to fire me. Also payroll got messed up my first paycheck and everybody got paid almost a week late. There was no email no phone call. I had to reach out about it.
