HALOCK is one place that has a unique breed of professionals. The opportunity to be work closely with the rockstars of the industry is real. There are folks with wealth of management experience, wealth of IT Risk experience and then there are folks with deep technical skills. Together, the unit works to give clients a comprehensive picture and that is what keeps HALOCK going. There are many companies that specialize in one or two categories, while HALOCK makes sure that all bases are covered, not just for premier client but for any client they take on. While working there, I found the integrity of the Management to most impressive. "On the job" training is excellent too as they have a culture of promoting from within and they pay special attention to the growth of their employees.
Cons
The bonus plan could be improved to give incentive to the consultants who are helping to attract new clients and upselling to the existing clients.
