None, other than WFH two days per week

Cons

Management tolerates bullying, dishonestly, hypocrisy, and disrespect. It is impossible to work in the hostile and toxic environment at Halozyme. Employees who complain are pushed out.

interview not terribly lengthy compared to pfizer etc

Cons

Extremely unprofessional. Offered job at $36hr after taking 2 months to get back to me with no contact in-between, then tried to low ball at $20/hr. They have been trying to fill this position for MONTHS, I see why no one is biting.
