- If you get a good manager it's tolerable until it isn't

Cons

- Unrealistic sales expectations - Constant harassment if you don't hit goal - Home office out of touch with reality - CEO doesn't know how to run a company/should be replaced - Director promotes toxic work environment/should be terminated - Bad coverage for primary product that has much cheaper alternatives - Mediocre salary/bonus By far the worst pharmaceutical company I've ever worked for.
