      Management tries hard Growing organization Good people involved on all levels

      Cons

      The pay was terrible for the positions I needed to hire for: finding good employees was nearly impossible Senior management made numerous mistakes with how they handled the contract I was on (maybe this is a more widespread issue than just my contract. IDK) A young company without much experience in the sector

      Nothing is really redeeming about Halvik

      The company, in general, is a joke and is terribly ran. Expect horrible projects and zero office culture or values. This was by far the worst company I have ever seen and anyone considering doing any kind of business with Halvik should avoid them at all cost.

      This is a contracting company so your day to day will be mostly dependent on who you actually work for and they may be good.

      Cons

      To save time, I will reference one fact for you to judge the company on. Halvik has been around for almost 20 years and all employees finally got emails this year. I suppose it costs money to set up and administer so the company only has emails for executives and HQ people. If Halvik took 20 years to give everyone an email to save money, you bet that they will also want to save money by providing substandard pay and benefits.
