      Pros

      Employees are very friendly and good to work with. It is the management and owners that need to learn management.

      Cons

      When a bunch of positive ratings follows a negative rating, there is something going on. Their overall rating seems to be close to the top fortune 500 companies. Bonus to faithful employees for posting on Glassdoor is cheap.

      There is a lack of opportunities within the company. Make sure that you genuinely want the job you are hired for because you will not be able to move to another position if the one you're in is not a good fit.
