      Pros

      - Great coworkers and working environment. Culture wise people are very friendly and helpful with one another. - Flexibility all around. - Great management team and leaders. - Huge growth potential, there's tons of expansion at the company. - Happy with benefits and PTO and holiday structure.

      Cons

      - There's some growing pains, company is rapidly growing and maturing and still learning the way. - Lots of work. - Don't make a big effort to be competitive with salary.
