      Great leadership in place. I had the opportunity to work with senior management. Wonderful people and they genuinely care for your growth and success. Flexible schedule and autonomy to put forth ideas.

      If you are a valuable resource with a billable contract they will bend over backwards to try and keep you because of the constant staff turnaround.

      Cons

      This is a typical staffing company for government contracts. There is no staff loyalty, career growth, or business strategy. Day to day management of the client and projects is non-existent
