Most everyone is friendly and wants to help you succeed because you are a team. Great hours.

Cons

Unfortunately, many of the procedures and cultural staples feel stale--as if they never changed from hen they were implemented decades ago. There is some push for progress, but long-standing employees often hinder that.

Run by 2 specific people who have only care about $$ and not the people. If you work there and want to advance or transfer to another department this is not the place for you. Hamilton Co does not believe in transferring and they do not believe in hiring from within for supervisors. Be prepared to work long hours and mandatory overtime even on holidays.
