      regular source of income, nice colleagues

      people getting fired and then shortly after they need to re-hire because the workload is becoming too much. Work from home regulations constantly change. benefits are getting less and less. upper management seems like all that matters is that people are sitting in 120 people open space offices that are loud and have no privacy and bad air. salary below industry standard. all you hear from upper management is bad news, conflicting information (how everything is bad - but according to them, all employees are super happy and motivated) - no, they lost touch with reality.
