      My immediate manager was my only saving grace from a toxic culture and chaotic work environment

      Hamilton Company is defined by a narcissistic CEO who does not care or listen for employees, a Human Resources team that actively goes out of their way to instill a culture of fear in the staff, and a mismanaged chaotic structure.

      So far, the company is financially stable, so you get a pay check.

      Cons

      There is a real issue with upper management. They seem to believe they are above the law and rule by intimidation. The company will not invest in infrastructure. You get the strong feeling the owner is just waiting for the clock to run out. It’s sad, but if you are employed here, it’s extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend looking at this company for employment.

      Some of the supervisors are ok

      Cons

      They prefer to hire you through temp agencies with promises for direct hire after 90 days of productive employment, this is a lie. No benefits, no raises, no nothing. If you inquire, or complain, they simply end your assignment based on lies. Don't work there, they bleed you dry then throw you out like garbage. Beware!!
