      Pros

      Clean air and plenty of parking (Hamilton Medical)

      Cons

      There is a group of old timers that think they run the place most of these individuals are uneducated. The human resource department and the owner lets this group dictate what happens in this manufacturing company. It doesn't matter how hard you work if this group don't like you they will falsely accuse you of doing improper things and they will sabotage your work environment.

      Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Huge lay offs two days after they said there wouldn't be any. Cut off overtime after the layoffs when they said there is as much overtime as I pleased. Cut pay after all that and no work orders to do so most people were left to just stand around all shift.

      Other than a paycheck, there is nothing positive about this place

      You know it's bad, when corporate management up and quits. Head of the company all the way down is horrible. This place is almost a cult like atmosphere. People in other departments are very condescending and look down and mistreat lower departments. In all my years, I have yet to be in a productive meeting. There is no growth, no room to move. Ascending within the company is extremely rare. Broken promises and inept leadership is all you will find. Pay is so far below the amount of work you will be doing. This place is a revolving door, people leave after a week or a month in every department. They put people at risk by requiring them to come in while waiting for their Covid results. They Do Not Care about their people!!!
