      Pros

      My manager is extremely hands-off and accommodating, no complaints. So far the company has responded well to all of my requests. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not your typical manufacturing setting. This place is experiencing growing pains typical with somewhere that is starting to scale. There is tendency to release new products before they are ready.

      The company culture at Hamilton is great, and there are a lot of great people there who you will interact with on a daily basis. The salaries offered are always very competitive. Benefits are standard to good.

      Cons

      Internal communication between departments isn't good. There are some internal politics that can make life harder. Lateral movement within the company is harder than they claim.
