      job openings are very plentiful

      Extremely coercive and harsh company. This is a top-down problem with no concerns about change. If you are a professional with any talent believe me it will not be appreciated here. And like the endless stream of others, your tenure will probably be short.

      They offer flexibility regarding time off

      Cons

      Starting salary is good but then raises are low and there are no bonuses. Lack of management of any kind. There are silo's within silo's and because management is in constant fear of being fired, everything is kept as is so as not to draw any attention to themselves. There is a lack of communication by management so no one ever knows what is going on. They will not allow work from home even during Covid.
