Certain managers are extremely unprofessional and badmouth their very own employees and other managers as well. They will badmouth employees with other employees in the office which creates a very hostile and negative working environment. Furthermore, these managers are very close to various employees in the office to the point where it favoritism takes place and does not go unnoticed by anyone. However, most people do not want to report this to HR because managers like this are protected by the CEO. Poor leadership, extremely disgraceful and deplorable. Makes it very challenging for newcomers to thrive and feel welcome. The logistical operation is atrocious. I’ve been in this field for 23 years and having only worked in this company for a few months, I’ve never experienced anything so disorganized and poorly managed, especially during “ end of year” operations.
