Base salary is decent enough

Cons

Poor management. Toxic management culture. Letter sent to all staff when sales overall in company are below their set budget. Constantly feel your job is under threat. "Not my job" kind of culture. Poor internal processes for customer complaints. Quality of products poor considering Swiss manufactured.

Established and stable company. It is a good resume builder as you get great experience working there. Did really cool events like a car show which was pretty impressive (it's the cars of people that work there).

Cons

Smaller finance department at the time so there wasn't much room for growth.
