Pros

Flexible schedule and great coworkers, paid benefits they just expect you to come to work when you're supposed to (not a bad trade-off). Some management shows their appreciation and make you feel like they really care about you.

Cons

Low pay, no room for advancement, stressful calls with no support from some members of management. Did I mention LOW PAY?! For the stress of the type of calls you get the pay is not worth it, felt the need to ask for emotional distress compensation

Pros

This is a great place to learn!

Cons

There are a lot of walls in communication between departments that ultimately break down the efficiency of doing your job!

Pros

Not many pros. There are some good hard working people with families that work there. Great coffee in the break room.

Cons

Let's start with Reno. They cannot build anything right at this site. All the good manufacturing comes from Switzerland. When Reo tries to do it, their product comes out miserably defective. What is hard to believe is that they brag about saving peoples lives with the product but with all of the problems they have had with their product line that is being manufactured in Reno, they are hypocrites. Management does not value good talent or skilled employees. Everyone is trying to make a name for themselves in this company at all cost. Again, the company markets that they save peoples lives, but let's talk about the companies health benefits. Out of pocket medical expenses can cost you 10's of thousands of dollars and the company does not tell you that there is a cap on their overall coverage. They also annually raise the maximum deductibles and out of pocket maximums to make it hard for their employees to ever meet. Dental coverage is bear minimum with no coverage for any major dental work or braces without you having to pay the full amount or a majority of the cost. Their vacation policy is unbelievable and unacceptable. Their policy it to use it or loose it. You cannot carry more that 80 hours of vacation per year. If you don't use it, you loose it. Think twice before you re-locate your family to Reno and work for this company. Once you are in Reno, there are not many other opportunities. You will be stuck working for Hamilton or a Casino!
