You can listen to music while working in some circumstances Healthcare is pretty good Schedule is consistent You can keep to yourself or be social

Cons

The pay, $18/hr starting as a direct hire, is not that great. I do not know what temps make. You would not be able to rent a one bedroom apartment in Reno/Sparks by yourself with the wage they offer. It seems like it would be extremely difficult to be promoted within the company.

No work from home flexibility even during covid Directors/managers will yell at employees for things like slightly moving a desk Everyone is terrified of the CEO, Steve Hamilton, as he is know to fire people he does not like Disconnect between and within departments Poor air quality, old buildings have structural issues which may be in violation of OSHA standards and EHS department chooses to ignore these issues Overall very stressful work environment, software and information management systems extremely outdated, employees are pushed to do multiple positions due to understaffing, company cannot hire any real talent due to nonflexible work schedule and poor work life balance.
