The business is heading in the right direction and being passed down to the next generation in the Hamilton family name. The business is solid and is full of smart, talented people.

Cons

I was caught in a transition where the company had a lot of changes and growing pains. It was unpleasant to see everyone I worked with leave the company. Never an inspiring moment!

I really liked working there. All you have to do is to show up at 7.00am without exception and be there for the entire day. I did have a great team to work with though they did the heavy lifting and I could focus on managing them.

Cons

There is one person dictating everything. Strategy, implementation, salaries etc. no discussions can take place.
