      Like the headline said, nothing great, just gets by with being a place to receive a paycheck

      management is behind on everything, procedures don't help, always fixing problems and never seeing good results

      Absolutely none, I have nothing to say that is positive about my experience, Management lies, middle management covers to advance their career and the people at the bottom try to make a living. Do your best to avoid this company unless you know someone at the top.

      Cons

      Benefits are mediocre, I did not find them useful. Onboarding is a joke. This company will not value you or your experience and time, I was not able to negotiate higher pay even when referred by an existing employee as a good reference. I would not say that people are kind, but rather are polite. Good luck to all employees getting our of this place.
