      Pros

      The employees you work with daily are great - they are a really wonderful, tight-knit group of people. It's relatively drama-free within the group. They are very welcoming and kind to newcomers. Everyone generally works very hard. The upper level management (national level) is made up of really awesome individuals, and the field staff and office staff generally do their best to work together. Most people are very respectful and customer interactions are generally positive. You generally feel like the work you're doing matters (especially during COVID-19) because you are working with hospital employees and ventilators/respiratory care supplies. Yearly raises. I didn't utilize the insurance benefits, so I can't speak to their quality, but they are offered. PTO (sick and vacation) is offered. They offered tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Employees are discouraged from talking to one another during the work day. 401k match and the yearly bonus were pretty sad. In-office management left a lot to be desired; it led to really low morale and a general sense of dissatisfaction; in some situations, it was downright hostile. If you aren't liked by in-office management, you won't have a good time - you feel like to have to go out of your way to stay on their good side. They seem to make your job harder if you don't. Some employees are given way too big of a workload (more than one person could reasonably handle), which leads to really large amounts of overtime, and severe delays in workflow. Some departments were better than others, but I have seen employees with massive delays (6+ months) in receiving their annual review.
