Employees are discouraged from talking to one another during the work day. 401k match and the yearly bonus were pretty sad. In-office management left a lot to be desired; it led to really low morale and a general sense of dissatisfaction; in some situations, it was downright hostile. If you aren't liked by in-office management, you won't have a good time - you feel like to have to go out of your way to stay on their good side. They seem to make your job harder if you don't. Some employees are given way too big of a workload (more than one person could reasonably handle), which leads to really large amounts of overtime, and severe delays in workflow.
Some departments were better than others, but I have seen employees with massive delays (6+ months) in receiving their annual review.
