I am sorry your experience with HandCraft did not meet your expectations. As a Route Representative/Box Truck driver you are responsible for your dedicated route. When open positions are posted they do include the schedule which notes the days and hours. Unless you accepted a Lead or Fill In position schedules do not alternate. Over the years we have built a wonderful team. We value each team member and appreciate how your role impacts our customers. Our HR department has an open door policy and we encourage all employees to give us a call with any questions, concerns or issues. We provide all employees with monthly training including safety, harassment and bullying, which encourages all employees to report any concerns, issues or abuse.
