      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for growth Family owned and family involved - you feel like you are part of a family Good relationship with my manager

      Cons

      We launder linens for hospitals and doctors' offices so the work is demanding but rewarding. It gets hot in the summer time but we have spot cooling. We are a growing company so there are some growing pains but it's all for the best!

      Best product, certifications, benifits are good, manager is great.

      Cons

      No residuals, so no option to build a client base and always the hunter.

      Family owned and operated, industry is recession proof and company is growing very quickly.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains as with any company, communication can be frustrating but that's to be expected when expanding.
