Pros
- There is so much opportunity to take on new tasks and try new things. -- Leadership is very supportive of changing roles and letting you find a position that works for you. - Everyone cares very deeply about the mission and understands that we're doing this work for students - These are the nicest and most caring group of coworkers I have ever had - Handshake takes performance management seriously. I appreciate that if someone is not pulling their weight, they will not last at Handshake
Cons
- It's a fast-paced environment (which I like), but not the place for someone who just wants to coast - Work ebbs and flows for busy periods but there are definitely some times like BTS when all hands are on deck
